My own video game theme

So you know when you play a video game, mostly an RPG or JRPG and you notice that once a particular character appears on the screen, a special soundtrack plays. Well, I've decided that there is one certain piece of music that has captured me so well, that if it were possible, this would be my own video game theme.

In a way, this is a little bit of a cheat since the music already fits for a character, but I just don't know why. This music just seems to...get me...
